Wir kommen bald nach Amsterdam und eröffnen im legendären Amsterdamer Hauptbahnhof.
Wir servieren unsere epische BrewDog-Speisekarte mit reichlich lokalem Einfluss in den Gerichten, vom Frühstück über Brunch bis hin zu Snacks am späten Abend. Wir präsentieren Bier aus der gesamten Region sowie unsere umfangreichen Spirituosen-, Cocktail- und Weinkarten.

From stacked burgers, grazing & sharer plates, salads, desserts to a kids menu, there's something for everyone - and best of all, we've got a legendary taco selection for you, including Mondragón family recipes - like the Cochinita Pibil, and Birria to enjoy.
We've also got plenty of vegan & vegetarian options as part of menu, with our headliner beer range being vegan as well!

From a traditional American Breakfast, to the Tamal Verde and Brisket Breakfast Taco, theres something for everyone - and you can even upgrade to bottomless Mimosas and Beermosas for just $20 per person.
Served weekends, 11am - 2pm (last call 1.45pm)
Our Story
Welcome to BrewDog Denver. We are owned by the family team of Juan Carlos Mondragón, son Eduardo, daughter Paloma and husband Elliot. BrewDog Denver is our passion project and a journey we have been on since Paloma came to Scotland, the home of BrewDog, in 2019 and met Elliot.
A Scottish native, Elliot had been a BrewDog fan since the brewery started in 2007 and it wasn’t long before Paloma fell in love with the beer (and Elliot!).
Bags were then packed for Europe where Paloma learned everything there is to know about craft beer whilst working in BrewDog Brussels and then it was back to Scotland where, over pints of Jet Black Heart, BrewDog Denver was born.
Having been drawn to Colorado with the lure of its outdoor lifestyle and place at the forefront of the craft beer movement, we are so excited to call RiNo our home.
