Wir kommen bald nach Amsterdam und eröffnen im legendären Amsterdamer Hauptbahnhof.
Wir servieren unsere epische BrewDog-Speisekarte mit reichlich lokalem Einfluss in den Gerichten, vom Frühstück über Brunch bis hin zu Snacks am späten Abend. Wir präsentieren Bier aus der gesamten Region sowie unsere umfangreichen Spirituosen-, Cocktail- und Weinkarten.

We've got an incredible food menu line-up at BrewDog Denver, and you're going to be spoilt for choice when you dine with us.
From stacked burgers, grazing & sharer plates, salads, desserts to a kids menu, there's something for everyone - and best of all, we've got a legendary taco selection for you, including Mondragón family recipes - like the Cochinita Pibil, and Birria to enjoy.
We've also got plenty of vegan & vegetarian options as part of menu, with our headliner beer range being vegan as well!
New Beer Launch - Urban Galaxy
January 24th - 5pm
Join us at BrewDog Denver for the official release event, where you can be among the first to experience a beer that has touched the edge of space - an out of this world Black juicy IPA.
BrewDog Denver have collaborated with Urban Sky to brew this limited edition beers utilising hops sent into space onboard a high-altitude balloon. We’re really excited about this one!
The launch party will kick-off at 5pm and we’ll be running limited-space tastings all evening.

Our Story
Welcome to BrewDog Denver. We are owned by the family team of Juan Carlos Mondragón, son Eduardo, daughter Paloma and husband Elliot. BrewDog Denver is our passion project and a journey we have been on since Paloma came to Scotland, the home of BrewDog, in 2019 and met Elliot.
A Scottish native, Elliot had been a BrewDog fan since the brewery started in 2007 and it wasn’t long before Paloma fell in love with the beer (and Elliot!).
Bags were then packed for Europe where Paloma learned everything there is to know about craft beer whilst working in BrewDog Brussels and then it was back to Scotland where, over pints of Jet Black Heart, BrewDog Denver was born.
Having been drawn to Colorado with the lure of its outdoor lifestyle and place at the forefront of the craft beer movement, we are so excited to call RiNo our home.
