Mobile Alerts/Promotional Text Messages BrewDog will not contact you by text message without your prior express consent. BrewDog will not sell or share your mobile phone number with unaffiliated parties other than with the third-party messaging service provider with whom we have contracted. By submitting your mobile phone number and expressing your consent to a text messaging marketing campaign, alert service, or the like, you agree to the terms of that promotion made available to you when you provide your prior express consent, which likely includes that BrewDog may send to you updates or offers, information about promotions, new beverages, merchandise, events, and other relevant information by text message. To opt-in, either fill out the weblayer form with your phone number or text BREWDOG to 34794. You will receive a message requesting your birthday. After confirming that you are over 21 years of age, you will receive a success message confirming your double-opt in. 

Subsequently, you will receive several messages from us each month. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services from BrewDog. If your mobile telephone number and/or mobile provider change, you agree to notify BrewDog and provide your updated mobile telephone number and/or updated mobile provider.
