By entering this competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promoter
- This competition is organized by BrewDog Las Vegas, located at 3767 Las Vegas Blvd S Suite 710, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to individuals aged 21 years or older.
- Employees of BrewDog USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must have a valid Instagram or Facebook account and follow @BrewDogLasVegas on the platform where the competition is held.
- The competition is only open to residents of the United States.
3. How to Enter
- To enter the competition, participants must:
- Like the official competition post.
- Tag at least one friend in the comments who they would like to bring to the NYE Party.
- Participants can enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments.
- Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (PST) on Friday, December 20, 2024.
- Note: Only comments made on the official post will be considered valid entries.
4. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive six (6) tickets to the BrewDog Las Vegas New Year’s Eve Party on December 31, 2024.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
5. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random using an online random generator tool.
- The draw will take place on Sunday, December 22, 2024.
- The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered the competition within 24 hours of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, BrewDog Las Vegas reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Publicity
- By entering, participants agree to have their name and social media handle used for promotional purposes related to this competition.
7. Data Protection
- Personal data provided as part of this competition will be processed in accordance with BrewDog’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
- BrewDog Las Vegas is not responsible for any technical issues, entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or for any unauthorized access to entries.
9. General
- BrewDog Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice if circumstances make it necessary to do so.
- This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
- By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability in connection with the competition.
