Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-4 business days. 

  • Next Day Shipping: Delivery on next business day (orders before 2pm) 

Additional Information 

  • Next Day delivery not available on Advent Calendars or Personalised Cans 

  • We aim to deliver Personalised Cans within 4-5 business days 

  • Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday 

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your payment. 

  • Order Shipment: Orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days from the order date. You will receive a delivery notification email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

VAT & CUSTOMS/IMPORT CHARGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS

As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver. 

Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund. 

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. 

Additional Order and Delivery information

  • There is a minimum order total of £15. 

  • We use DHL and Yodel for all orders. 

  • Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page. 

For all orders please provide a local phone number, including country code (for example, +44 for UK), which the courier can use to contact you if they need more information to complete the delivery.

Please note: We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or to British Forces BFPO addresses.   

International Shipping 
 
Our BrewDog UK online shop currently delivers to all UK addresses including Isle of Man. We do not dispatch outside of the UK, though customers in France and Germany can still make purchases through our dedicated online shops.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number/link provided in your delivery confirmation email – alternatively, go to the courier company’s website and enter your tracking number. 

If you provide us with your mobile number and email address at the checkout you will receive a text message/email on the day of delivery that will allow you to choose whether to deliver to a neighbour, deliver to a local collection point at a time that’s more convenient for you or deliver on another working day if that day. 

If you don’t provide a number and you aren’t in, you’ll be left a card that will allow you to select from the above options. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and a full refund for the product will be issued to your original payment method, minus the delivery charge.  

 All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. 

Delivery Address 

Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders undelivered or delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. 

Returns & Refunds

To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return delivery costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please return merchandise items in their original packaging to:

Once you have arranged your return, please contact our Customer Service team here, along with proof of return, and they can assist with your refund. 

Refunds: 

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk here and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

If an order is upgraded beyond standard delivery, to next working day or Saturday delivery options, and it fails to be delivered on time (see checkout page for definitions of when these orders will be delivered) you are due a refund of the difference between the standard delivery charge and the upgraded delivery charge. 

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.
