INGREDIENTS

- 50ml Abstrakt Toasted Marshmallow & Madagascan Vanilla Vodka

- 50ml Chocolate liqueur

- 25ml Heavy Cream

- Ice cubes

- Cocktail Shaker

METHOD

To begin, add your chocolate liqueur and vodka to a shaker with a couple of ice cubes. Shake and pour into a martini glass so the liquid half fills the glass. Next, you’re going to want to shake up your double cream so it thickens – this should only take about 5 to 10 seconds. Once thickened, pour slowly into the glass over the back of a bar spoon so the cream sits on top of the first part of your cocktail. Garnish with a few toasted marshmallows on a cocktail stick.
