INGREDIENTS

- 50ml Casa Rayos Tequila

- 2x lime wedges

- Irn-Bru

METHOD

Our take on the classic Butanga, a tequila and coca cola serve, brings a little Scottish heritage to the mix. Simple fill a rocks glass with ice, a double measure of tequila and top with Irn-Bru and 2 fresh lime wedges. Stir with a knife, just like they do in Mexico.
