INGREDIENTS

- 50ml Casa Rayos Tequila

- Szechuan Peppercorns

- 10ml crème de violette

- 20ml lemon juice

- Pinch of salt

- 15ml sugar syrup

METHOD

Rim your martini glass with lemon juice and ‘Electric’ Salt, which is made by finely grinding 10 Szechuan peppercorns with 2 tsp of sugar and 1 of sea salt. Next, warm 100ml of Casa Rayos with 100ml tequila and about 25 Szechuan peppercorns for 45 seconds in the microwave. Give it a stir and leave to cool. Finally, shake all ingredients with ice before straining into your martini glass and enjoy!
