INGREDIENTS

- 50ml Casa Rayos Tequila

- 35ml fresh grapefruit juice

- 25ml fresh lime juice

- Splash of bitters

- 50ml grapefruit soda

METHOD

Take a rocks glass and run a lime wedge around the rim before dipping into salt. Set aside and grab a cocktail shaker, adding ice, tequila, grapefruit juice, lime and bitters. Shake until the liquid is cold and pour through a strainer into your prepared glass. Top with grapefruit soda and a grapefruit garnish.
