60ml Casa Rayos tequila
30ml fresh lime juice
15ml agave syrup
2 – 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Top with grapefruit soda
Peppercorns and a slice of grapefruit, for garnish

60ml Casa Rayos tequila
30ml fresh lime juice
15ml agave syrup
2 – 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Top with grapefruit soda
Peppercorns and a slice of grapefruit, for garnish

METHOD

Add Casa Rayos, lime juice, agave syrup, bitters and ice to a shaker. Shake well until it feels cold. Strain into your chosen glass with ice, top with grapefruit soda, and stir gently. Garnish with a few peppercorns for added aroma and flavour and a slice of grapefruit.
