60ml Casa Rayos Tequila
30ml fresh grapefruit juice
15ml fresh lime juice
15ml honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
Soda water
Grapefruit slice, for garnish

INGREDIENTS

60ml Casa Rayos Tequila
30ml fresh grapefruit juice
15ml fresh lime juice
15ml honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
Soda water
Grapefruit slice, for garnish

METHOD

Add Casa Rayos tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and honey syrup to a shaker with ice and shake thoroughly until the drink is cold. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice, top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
