45ml Casa Rayos tequila
15ml Aperol
15ml fresh lemon juice
7.5ml simple syrup
Club Soda
Slice of orange, for garnish

INGREDIENTS

45ml Casa Rayos tequila
15ml Aperol
15ml fresh lemon juice
7.5ml simple syrup
Club Soda
Slice of orange, for garnish

METHOD

In a shake, combine Casa Rayos, Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of orange.
