• 50ml Duo White Rum
• 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 2tsp caster sugar

• 50ml Duo White Rum
• 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 2tsp caster sugar

METHOD

Add your fresh lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker and stir until the sugar is well dissolved. Pour in your double measure of Duo White and add both cubed and crushed nice. Shake until it’s chilled through and strain into a coupe before garnishing with a lime wheel.
