INGREDIENTS

- 50ml Duo Caramelised Pineapple Rum

- 10ml Lime Juice

- 50ml Pineapple Juice

- Fever Tree Soda Water

- Lime wheel

- Ice cubes

METHOD

Grab yourself a highball glass, add some ice and begin adding all of your ingredients. Pour in the Caramelised Pineapple Rum, lime guide, pineapple juice and top with soda water before giving it all a mix with a bar spoon. Once all of your ingredients are combined, garnish with a simple lime wheel and enjoy.
