- 50ml full fat coconut milk

- 50ml cranberry juice

- Ice cubes

- Cocktail shaker

- Mint leaves and lime wheel

METHOD

One of the world’s favourite cocktails gets a festive makeover. Grab a cocktail shaker, add ice, Duo Spiced Rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, coconut milk. And cranberry juice. Shake everything up before straining over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wheel.
