INGREDIENTS

- 50ml Duo Spiced Rum

- 60ml Fever Tree Ginger Beer

- Two squeezed wedges of lime

- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

- Garnish with an orange wedge

- Ice cubes

METHOD

This cocktail is made in the glass, and takes just a few moments. Begin by adding ice to a rocks glass, then topping up with Duo Spiced Rum, ginger beer, two wedges of fresh lime juice and a couple of dashes of bitters. Stir with a bar spoon and garnish with an orange wedge. And there you have it!
