INGREDIENTS

- 50ml Duo Spiced with Caramelised Pineapple Rum

- 40ml Coconut Cream (Coco Lopez)

- 20ml Pineapple Juice

- 10ml Lime Juice

- Garnish with pineapple leaf

- Ice cubes

- Cocktail shaker

METHOD

Take your cocktail shaker, add a few ice cubes, followed by all of your ingredients – Caramelised Pineapple Rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and a dash of fresh lime juice. Shake it up and strain into a wine glass or tulip-style glass, then garnish with a pineapple leaf and raise a toast to the tropics.
