15ml simple syrup
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Lime wheel for garnish

30ml passion fruit juice
15ml simple syrup
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Lime wheel for garnish

METHOD

Add Duo Caramelised Pineapple Spiced Rum, passion fruit juice, simple syrup, cayenne pepper and ice to a shaker. Shake until the liquid is cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
