Honey Bramble Sour

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

- 50ml LoneWolf Bramble & Raspberry Gin

- 15ml British Honey

- 12.5ml Verjus (or 20ml Lemon Juice)

- 25ml Aquafaba (@LoveOggs)

- Pinch of Salt

- Cocktail Elements Lemon Spray (@LindenLeafProject)

METHOD

Add all ingredients into a shaker and stir well to ensure honey is mixed through. Add some ice and shake with the fury of a pack of wolves. It’s key that all of the ingredients marry together. Next, strain into an ice-filled Martini glass and spray some of the Cocktail Elements Lemon Spray over your cocktail before topping with raspberries.
