1. Eligibility:

This promotion is only open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 21 years or over. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees of the promoter (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies) are excluded from entering.

2. How to enter:

2.1 Purchase BrewDog Wingman 4pk Can and scan your Co-op membership card in a Co-operative Group Food store during the Promotion Period. Temporary membership card holders are automatically excluded from this promotion. Any employees of the promoter (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies) are excluded from entering this promotion. We may ask the winner to provide proof of age.

2.2 Purchase necessary. Only one entry per order (for multiple purchases, you must check out separately for each one).

3. Promotional Period:

The Promotional period will run from 00:00 UTC+01:00 on the 06.11.2024 and will finish on 23:59 UTC+01:00 on the 26.11.2024.

4. Prizes:

4.1 The Prize consists of: 1 x 4 night trip for 2 to BrewDog Las Vegas (only available to entrants who are aged 21 or older). Prize comprises: 4-night trips for winner and one guest to Las Vegas (winner and guest must be aged 21 or over). Prize includes direct economy return flights (one checked bag per person) from a major UK airport, double or twin accommodation at a minimum 4-star hotel and a visit to the BrewDog Las Vegas Bar (with $250 credit at BrewDog Las Vegas to be spent on drinks, food or merchandise). Prize also includes $500 spending money. Travel insurance is NOT included but is recommended. Prizes to be booked and taken from 9 January until 20th March 2025 departing on any Weds, Thursday or Friday for 4 nights (but may not be taken over bank or public holidays in the UK or the USA).

4.2 Winner and guest must have all applicable visa, travel, USA immigration entry requirements and both travellers must have a valid ESTA (details here).

4.3 Winner and guest must be over 21 years of age. You will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize.

Travel Insurance for is NOT included but is recommended;

4.5 The winners and guests are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of appropriate travel insurance, valid passports (minimum 2 clear pages, minimum 6 months' validity from proposed date of return), visas and all health or other Government requirements prior to departure;

4.6 The Prize is as stated, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.

If a winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation or alternatives will be provided;

4.8 Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prizes are the responsibility of the Winners.

5. Winner announcement/ Prize claim:

5.1 There will be 1 Winner in total.

5.2 The Winner of the Prize will be drawn by The Co-op at random via a secure, entirely automated independently verified computer system from all eligible entries. The Winner will be notified by The Co-op via email within TWO (2) weeks of the end of the Promotional Period. Co-op will use the address registered on the winner's Co-op membership account to notify them. The Winner may withdraw from the promotion by responding “opt-out” within 48 hours of receiving the notification email. Co-op will pass the winner's email address to the Promoter so the prize fulfilment agency appointed by the Promoter can contact the winner via email to organise the prize fulfilment.

5.3 The prize fulfilment agency appointed by the promoter will contact the winner at the email address [email protected]

5.4 The Winner of the Prize must respond within two (2) business days of being notified by the Promoter. If the Winner does not respond within such timeframe, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

5.5 Travel bookings will be made via the Promoter's nominated agency and must be made at least 6 weeks in advance of proposed dates;

5.6 It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

5.7 All travel is subject to the relevant transport provider's standard terms and conditions. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted; or if a booking is cancelled no alternative prize will be issued.

5.8 Once the prize has been booked, neither the Promoter, nor the prize agency nor any provider of any element of the prize shall be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies; and

5.9 All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility. of the

5.10 If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

By participating in the Promotion you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and notifying and advertising the winners.

6.2 By entering the Promotion, you consent that, should you be the winner, the Promoter or any of its affiliates can publish your name, town of residence and face and/or likeness in any sites administered by the Promoter or any of its affiliates. Winner may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

7. General:

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the Prize (or any element of it) become unavailable for any reason.

7.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of the Prize, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7.3 The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the Winners, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required or refuse to award a prize or to withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse participation in the Promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or has won using fraudulent means.
