Free Cold Beer Promotion – Leaflet Redemption

The redemption period is from Monday 9th September 2024 to Sunday 20th October 2024, during bar operating hours, which may vary by location.

This promotion is available to students in the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older. A valid student ID must be shown to redeem the offer.

Redemption includes 1x free pint of Cold Beer on us per customer. No alternatives, such as bottles or cans, can be offered. Customers can choose to switch their pint of Cold Beer for a pint of Punk AF as an alcohol-free alternative if they wish. This offer is subject to availability.

Personalised Can Terms and Conditions:

  • This product will be dispatched separately from any additional products ordered.

  • Your Personalised Can pack will arrive in discreet packaging.

  • We aim to deliver your order within 4 working days.

  • Customers can purchase one Personalised Can pack per order. It is not limited to 1 per customer, only 1 per transaction.

  • Customers can contact our Customer Service Team HERE for orders of multiple packs.

  • Refunds will only be issued under the conditions that the personalised item has arrived damaged/faulty, including smashed glass items or printing flaws not at the fault of the customer. Please check our Delivery & Returns page HERE for more info.

  • Uploaded images will need to be 4.5mb or under. Larger file sizes will not be able to be uploaded.

  • Character Limits - 11 character limit (including spaces) for the Name, and 20 character limit (including spaces) for the Personal Message. If you exceed this limit you will not be able to proceed. 

  • Photos will remain on file for 30 days from date of ordering before deletion. 

  • A specific delivery charge of £3.95 is applied at checkout. The delivery charge is applicable for all regions, including Mainland UK, Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Guernsey and Jersey.

  • This product does not count towards the free delivery threshold.

  • If you add any additional products to your basket, you will be charged delivery for the Personalised Can Pack (£3.95) and separately for the additional products e.g. if below the free delivery threshold, the standard delivery charge for your region will apply plus the Personalised Can pack delivery charge. If you reach the free delivery threshold, for Mainland UK and Highlands and Islands the additional products delivery will be free and for all other regions standard delivery charges apply, but you will still need to pay for the Personalised Can Pack delivery charge.

  • If the product includes personalised content selected by you, it is a personalised product (Personalised Product). If it is a standard product which does not include any content selected by you, it is a non-personalised product (Non-Personalised Product).

  • It is up to you to ensure the content you have contributed for inclusion in a Personalised Product is correct (for example the content is correctly spelt).

  • Please double-check your order on the preview screen, by selecting the tick box you are acknowledging the approval of the design. You will not receive a proof by email or be able to revisit design. 

  • By uploading or including any content or material (including but not limited to photographs, graphics, text and other material) (Customer IP) in a Personalised Product, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence (including the right to grant sub-licences through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and communicate to the public that content or material solely for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and exercising any rights you may grant to us. Please note that we may modify content or material in order to conform it to BrewDog or the requirements of the product you have ordered (such as by cropping images).

  • The rights and ownership to the Customer IP will remain yours, or the person who gave you permission to use the Customer IP. 

  • If you use third party copyright in any Personalised Product, it is your responsibility to ensure that you seek permission from the copyright owner. We will not accept any liability whatsoever if any Customer IP infringes on third party copyright. You will be held responsible for any fees and third party damages we may have to pay to a third party because of such infringement and you will be liable to reimburse these payments to us in full. 

Content Rules 

  • We do not permit Personalised Products to include any content or material which: 

(a) infringes anyone's IP (see below the definition in section ‎11). In particular, you must ensure that you either own the IP in the Customer IP that you wish to include in a Personalised Product or that you have permission from the IP owner to include that Customer IP in the Personalised Product;
