Supply Chain and Risk Management
BrewDog sources goods and services globally. We maintain rigorous supplier onboarding processes, requiring:
Positive disclosure statements confirming compliance with anti-slavery laws
Adherence to BrewDog’s procurement standards and Workplace Code
Independent verification for high-risk categories, such as clothing and merchandise
In 2024, BrewDog continued to apply its risk matrix to identify and mitigate modern slavery risks across its supply chain. This matrix is reviewed regularly by senior leadership.
Policies and Governance
Our Workplace Code, launched in 2021, sets out expectations for ethical conduct and is embedded in supplier contracts. BrewDog’s policies prohibit child labour, forced labour, and human trafficking. Any breach results in immediate termination of business relationships and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.
