GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Wingman x Wings Wednesday Challenge is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over. BrewDog employees may participate but are not eligible for prizes.

Promotion Period: The challenge runs from 00:01 on 1 April 2025 until 23:59 on 30 September 2025 in participating UK BrewDog bars only.

This promotion is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Participants are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date details when signing up. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect information affecting participation or prize fulfilment. By entering, participants consent to their name and wing consumption data being recorded and displayed on BrewDog’s leaderboard.

By participating, you agree that BrewDog PLC may use your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, available here: https://www.brewdog.com/uk/cookie-and-privacy-policy. Your personal data will only be used for this promotion and will be stored per BrewDog’s data retention policies. CHALLENGE FORMAT & PRIZE STRUCTURE

How to Participate:

• Visit a participating BrewDog bar on a Wings Wednesday during the promotion period.

• Order unlimited wings (Chicken or Cauliflower) and challenge yourself to eat as many as possible within 90 minutes.

• A BrewDog team member will track and record the number of wings eaten.

• Your score will be added to BrewDog’s national leaderboard.

Prizes:

• The Top 5 wing eaters across all participating BrewDog bars at the end of the promotion will qualify for a Live Final.

• The winner of the Live Final will receive a £5,000 bar tab for redemption in participating UK BrewDog Bars.

• The top wing eater at each individual BrewDog bar by the end of the campaign will receive a £250 bar tab, redeemable only on BrewDog Beer.

Rules & Conditions:

• All wing types (Chicken and Cauliflower) are eligible.

• Participants must consume wings in accordance with the guidelines set by BrewDog staff.

• Any attempts to cheat, regurgitate, or manipulate the competition will result in immediate disqualification.

• BrewDog reserves the right to verify all results and disqualify any participant for misconduct.

• The Live Final date, location, and format will be confirmed at a later date.

£5,000 Bar Tab Conditions:

• Bar tab valid for 12 months and any unused portion will expire on 30 September 2026.

• Winner must be present when bar tab is being used.

• Can be used for the purchase of food and beverages for consumption on-site only.

• Max spend per transaction is £1,000.

• Winner cannot monetise the prize by selling it or any parts of the bar tab to any other person or company.

• Non transferrable.

• Non refundable.

• Not redeemable on BrewDog online shop or in-bar merchandise.

• Cannot be used to purchase BrewDog gift vouchers or BrewDog subscriptions

• Cannot be used for corporate purposes

• Cannot be used on delivery or takeaway

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected leaderboard entries.

• BrewDog bars reserve the right to refuse service to any participant in accordance with their own policies.

• Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, and distributors will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of participating in the promotion. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., tampering, fraud, technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion without liability.

• The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the challenge, and no correspondence will be entered into.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
